We would like to present you Villa Can Tomeu– a charming rustic house for holiday rental located in a picturesque mountain village Es Capdella nestled in the Tramuntana mountain range and placed between the larger towns of Calvià and Andratx in southwest Mallorca. The house has more than 200 years of history and since the very beginning belongs to the same Majorquin family so here you will definitely feel as at home. From first sight the house makes you “traveling back in time”: natural stone facade and walls, wooden ceiling beams, old authentic décor details, etc. Let us make a virtual excursion to this homelike property: you enter the house walking by a stone patio and the entering door lets you to the inviting living room. On the same ground floor, there is a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped rustic style kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a WC, and a bidet. A staircase from the living room leads you to the first floor that offers, 2 spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds and a private terrace). From both bedrooms and from the terrace you will enjoy lovely views over the village with its church, and to the private territory of the house. Moreover, there is an attic with a single bed where you can get by a separate staircase connected with the hall next to the kitchen. The outdoor area offers you a covered porch with a dining table, a lounge area, a swimming pool surrounded by a lawn garden with sunbeds and umbrellas of woven straw. The pool territory is fenced what makes it suitable for families with small kids. You will definitely appreciate a big BBQ house where you can grill fresh meat, seafood, and vegetables bought in the local markets. Also, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a WC. All over the territory, you will find numerous plants in pots, typical Mediterranean bushes, and trees that give the property even more charm and a home feeling.
