The house is located near the ski slopes, in the Natural Park of Monte Baldo in Polsa. Ground floor apartment in a duplex with garden and parking. Furnished and fully equipped, composed of: living room, dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and closet. 06 beds (4 + 2). Independent heating and wood stove. At 250 meters from the ski slopes. Electricity, independent heating and wood stove (extra costs). Tourist tax € 1,00 per person (over 14 years) and for max 10 days(extra). Historic house, one of the first built in this town in the 60s. Totally restored. The apartment has a private and enclosed outdoor garden with its parking space. For any need, I can find it in a few minutes. The apartment is located on a private unpaved road. Virtually absent traffic. At 250 meters, during the tourist season there is a mini market, and a restaurant / pizzeria. The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery. In winter you can get home on skis, it is located nearly the ski slopes.
