The spacious living room features fireplace, television with satellite channels, dvd player, record player with vinyl discs, desk for studying and small library with books in foreign languages of various content. The open plan kitchen offers full size fridge, electrical stove, dining table, dishwasher, microwave oven, all the electrical appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. It has also got two spacious furnished verandas, one in each level, with panoramic view of the Cretan sea and the mountains of Crete. The first floor’s veranda is 90 square meters and has absolute privacy, view and comforts (portable BBQ, pergola, sunbeds). Diogenis Home offers a private swimming pool of 15 sq. m surface and 1.20 m. water level, parking space, Wi-Fi & GPS for free, washing machine, air condition and central heating. It is 4 kilometers from the north sandy beaches οf Crete, 3 km from the National Road of Heraklion – Chania and 8 km from the town of Rethymno. In a short distance, by car, you will find supermarket, shops, taverns, pharmacies, fuel stations, traditional villages, coffee shops. The host will be present during your check-in for showing you the home and its facilities. He lives in the town but he will be at your disposal for any information, advice or assistance anytime. He will be visiting the swiming pool in order to clean and maintain it every two or three days in normal hours for half an hour. Car is essential Please, kindly note that from the 1st of November until the 31st of March, in the prices the electricity consumption is not included and this is a subject of extra charge.
