A very spacious traditional elevated home. A unique full length verandah. Perfect for tropical living with a BBQ & Outdoor dining Fans are installed along the verandah for those balmy wet season nights All bedrooms open onto the verandah each with their own access keys. Located in a quiet court where there is no traffic noise. A large park is nearby as well as a front grassed area. The rear area is fenced and gated with a owner shed and store. Darwin house is close to the Palmerston CBD Guests may access the elevated home and driveway area and front garden. Entrance is via set of stairs. The rear of the property is gated and fenced. We are always available to our guests though we do not live on site. The home is an old traditional elevated property It is quite quirky and certainly not 5 star rated with bells and whistles, fresh paint and brand new furniture with an ocean view. It’s clean and comfortable with amazing space including 2.5 bathrooms. We have ongoing upgrade and maintenance schedules.
