Villa Mira

Villa Mira is an ideal destination for a family or group of friends who enjoy staying in the countryside in the intimacy of a typical Istrian village . Villa provides you with an unforgettable holiday due to its location , surrounded by green garden with a view of the sea, olive groves and forest landscape . Near the villa (2 km) is a small historical town Sv.Lovreč where you can find a bakery , shop, post office , newsagent's , pharmacy , caffe and pizzeria. Not to forget to mention that Jurcani is located in the heart of Istria , so whatever destination you decide to visit, you're always halfway .The villa Mira is only 15 min. drive from the famous tourist destinations such as Porec , Rovinj and Vrsar , where you can find beautiful beaches and other popular tourist facilities. The house provides a comfortable rest and peace for the soul and the body , away from the usual summer crowds and rush of everyday life. In this idyllic area time seems to stop, and you can experience every moment . Villa provides place for 8-10 people,and spreads on 250 m2 on two floors. Ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen , dining room and living room with access to covered spacious terrace, two bedrooms with private bath and a balcony , a hall and a toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with en suite bathroom and balcony and one with a sofa bed. House is fully air conditioned . Villa was built in 2013 and is situated on its own land of 800 m2 , which is surrounded by a stone wall that provides privacy. The guests have a private parking at their disposal. If you want to refresh in the hot summer days there is an outdoor swimming pool (40 m2) with jacuzzi and lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing . The pool and jacuzzi can be heated . There is also a covered summer kitchen with fireplace, a sink and a large table in the garden designed for relaxation in the long summer evenings.
