Welcome to your home in Lisbon, the most western capital city in Europe, and where the Tagus river meets the Atlantic Ocean. This is a newly renovated space in a central and restful neighborhood, located in Alvalade, a place well-known for his quality Urban life. Our lovely independent 3 bedroom apartment was designed to make you feel at home, offers all the comfort you need, accommodating 5 people in cozy beds, up to 7. It's very well connected transport-wise, with it's own metro/Bus stations. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, a balcony, a TV and a spacious sofa with chaise long that can turn into a double sized bed if needed; a large and fully equipped kitchen with all cleaning equipment, a washing machine and rack, ironing board and iron; a spacious bathroom with a window and closed shower; and three bedrooms, each with their own closet / hanger and their own lock and key for your own privacy. It's very well connected transport-wise, with it's own metro station and plenty of buses. The neighbourhood of Alvalade is known for its great (almost Parisian) boulevards. Proud, middle-class locals walk and talk under the shade of the trees. It’s a peaceful and quiet area of Lisbon with good restaurants, plenty of typical cafés and a good lifestyle. Locals in Alvalade really enjoy taking a seat in their favourite local café's outdoor sitting area and taking it nice and slow all day. You'll fall in love with the greenness of the neighbourhood. All its roads (from backstreets to main avenues) are lined with trees making it one of the pleasantest quarters of Lisbon. It's very well connected transport-wise, with it's own metro station and plenty of buses. It is a short 10 minute drive from the Airport to your home and from there a quick 2 minute walk to various supermarkets and all the shops and restaurants on the Main Street; as well as to the Metro and Bus Stations, where you can easily move around the city and enjoy all that our beloved “Lady Lisbon” has to offer, like the famous old town by the riverside. Likewise, if you want to experience the relaxing beaches of Cascais, or even the gorgeous greens of Sintra, it is a mere 10min walk to the Train Station and from there you can pick a direct line to your destination. Since the apartment is located on the 1st floor and the building has no elevator, you will need to use the stairs.
