The Old Sawmill is a luxuriously appointed warm and cosy detached cottage within the tranquil location of a little Cornish village, tucked away off the beaten track, not suitable for long wheel base vehicles due to access restrictions. There is a modern contemporary wood burner in the living room, exposed beams with vaulted ceiling and great natural lighting. Offering a comfortable three seater sofa and two armchairs, one of which is a wingback chair, along with a dining table and four chairs, and wooden blinds throughout. The cottage is situated in a quiet location, in a tiny village, but with good access onto the A38 and A390 making the cottage perfect for exploring the wider region of Cornwall. The friendly owners who live on-site, have a small studio/workshop and can offer one day courses during the summer (subject to availability) on Saturday’s or Sunday’s in making artisan handmade bread and small batch craft ales, these need to be booked in advance with the owners.
