Despite the modest space and old age, there are modern conveniences such as ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, extractor hood and microwave. Cable TV and wi-fi are also at your disposal. The kitchen-dining area and living room are in open connection on the ground floor. The house's bathroom is also on the ground floor and has underfloor heating. The two bedrooms, with a total of four beds, are located on the 1st floor. The house is closely surrounded by other historic houses, yet undisturbed on the plot. The small cozy courtyard, which nicely matches the house, is sheltered from the surroundings. Note: there are very narrow and steep stairs to the two rooms on the 1st floor. Children should only use the stairs under adult supervision. It is not possible to park immediately by the house.
