New cabin sitting on an acre of land. We tried to think of everything you might need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to prepare a meal. Dish soap and dish towels are provided. Crockpot, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster and microwave. Lots of large bowls and utensils for cooking. Fully furnished with a king sized bed, desk, dresser and closet. Well lit inside and outside. Open concept kitchen and livingroom. Bathroom has a hairdryer and plenty of towels , washcloths and bathmat. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. . Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Cable TV (Direct TV) Wifi -satellite - 40 mbps a month. It’s 40.00 to add another 20mbps a month. Viasat is our only WiFi source in the rural area. It works great and rarely have any interruptions. Enjoy sitting outside on our new decks complete with patio string lights. Fully fenced huge backyard. There is a new smaller fenced in area around the back porch for your dog. They can use the larger area to run and play. You decide. Worth A new storage shed for the owner was added to the cabin in July. There is another cabin next door that is a STR as well. Only 1-2 ppl can stay. The cabins are connected by the storage building now. They do not share any walls with the other cabin. Just the storage building. (New county rules). There is an RV on the property most of the time. There are cameras outside of the cabin in the front. One is a doorbell camera and the other looks over the gate to the backyard. I cannot see the backyard or deck areas. There are flood lights on each end of the cabin. Porch lights on front and back decks. Very well lit.
