Beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, on 4th floor. No neighbors on this floor & it's the top floor, so it is fresh & private. 1 parking included in front of the building door. You will get access to the whole apartment, including the laundry. Yes! you can use the washer, just bring your laundry detergent. Take the advantage of the countryside & be close to the city. Near hospitals, universities, shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, Sheraton Four point & Botanical Garden in Caguas. Just 30 min away from San Juan & Humacao. Brand new (2019): all mattress, refrigerator, stove, washer, screens, water heater, microwave, toaster, cooking pots, tower fan, coffee maker, TV & wall a/c unit on master room. (April 2021) 2 full beds and fresh paint Remodeled rooms: kitchen, laundry , bathroom, fresh paint & polished floors. A/C unit at master bedroom only, tower and wall fan in the rest of the bedrooms. Cross ventilation, corner apartment and balcony. Disclosure: Since Hurricane Maria hit PR on 2017 the apartment complex are fighting with the insurance and vacancies. Finally our building is being paint. This issue do not affect the habitability, safety, interior or apartment. Late checkout or early checkin = this is an apartment complex and you can hear the eco on the stairs. We had some complaints about noises. We want our community happy, for this reason if you want to do a late checkin (after 8pm) you will need to leave your luggage in the car until the next morning. If you need a early checkout (before 7am) please leave your luggage on your car the day before.
