Our space is super clean, we care and every time a guest is checking-out our maintenance personnel disinfects every inch of the space. Bedrooms, doors, kitchen, everything is super clean. Pets are allow with a minimum fee of $25 (name and picture of the pet is required). Close to everything, a 5 star service with a low costs. Book now!!! One of the aspects that distinguishes us is the privileged location that we have. We are about 45 to 55 min. of the best beaches in the West area. About 13 to 18 min. of two of the most recognized casinos in our region and the River Village Pool that you can enjoy for an established cost per person. Minutes from pharmacies, supermarkets, malls, department stores, restaurants, fast foods rest., our coast and much more...Enjoy! Apartment subtly decorated to feel a clear, light and stress-free environment. Up to 8 people, if they share beds and the use of the inflatable mattress. Due to Covid 19, all our guests must present evidence of vaccination as per Government's instructions. The apart. has 5 beds (1 queen, 1 full bunk and a twin bunk). We have a vegan/vegetarian chef who can order by phone and your order will be delivered to the apartment. We are approximately 3 minutes from the main road that will take you to enjoy each of your adventures. The parking is private and is located in front of our facilities. We have available one parking per apartment that accommodates two medium cars (one front from the other). Our apartment is strategically located in the city of Mayaguez. Our space is super clean a disinfected. You do not share the space with other families or our families. This apartment is for short term rental only and only 1 reservation is made by the same period. We really care before and after the Covid19. Each time a guest is checking-out our maintenance personnel disinfects all the apartment from bedrooms, bathrooms, doors, kitchen, etc.. Free parking one car. Additional space is available for $10 per/car/per week. We are in a typical community of our Isla del Encanto in the western part of Puerto Rico. Our space is ideal for companies that care about the rest of their employees after a hard day at work. We have additional parking for large vehicles (Trucks, Construction equipment) for an additional cost of $10, per vehicle / per stay / per week. This additional space must be arranged and paid prior your arrival. In our space we can comfortably accommodate 5 employees. We have Netflix, Disney Plus and WiFi for your benefit and relaxation. Near our space you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food restaurants of all kinds, department stores, hospitals among others. We are close to everything and everyone. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of visitors we have. Rooms that are not going to be used, will be kept locked. As an Island and tropical weather we share our environment with coquis at night and rooster in the morning among other domestic animals. They are not ours but are part of our surroundings a community. NO: Smoking inside the apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. (In case of emergency we will be providing water and electrical power). We connect with our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.
