Take the elevator from the lobby, or enjoy the third floor walk-up, right from the beach and pool. One gated parking space included with rental. Valet parking also available. $100 condo fee per visit, included in cleaning fee. I will give you your space, but can be there in an hour's notice, if I'm needed! 7% state tax and 4% town of Surfside tax included in daily rate.
