November Cottage, Dittisham

November Cottage is a cosy pet friendly cottage located on Dittisham Court exclusively managed by Dart Valley Cottages. This cottage benefits from an open plan living space with french doors on to the private courtyard. As well as the private courtyard guests have access to 4 acres of communal grounds including an orchard and various vantage points. The village amenities and the quayside is only a short walk away. There is a private parking space 20m from the front door. The front door opens to the hallway, with space for hanging coats as well as a ground floor cloakroom with toilet and basin. Through to the dual aspect lounge/dining room which has a light airy feel, the lounge area is complete with corner sofa, TV and DVD. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 guests and patio doors that open on to the private courtyard which is perfect for catching the afternoon sun. Also on the ground floor you will find the newly fitted kitchen with oven and hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms and family bathroom, Both bedrooms feel light and modern, The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has a double. The newly fitted family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin. Exterior: November Cottage has an allocated parking space a few yards from the property. There is a small private courtyard accessed via the living room with dining furniture. Guests at November Cottage also have access to the 4 acres of communal grounds. Nearby: The village pub The Red Lion is a 5 minute walk around the corner, The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and post office. A 10 minute walk will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Cafe as well as ferries to Greenway and Dartmouth. Availability:In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Friday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact me with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible. Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Friday changeover.
