Apartment to relax and feel good

Surrounded by wonderful hiking areas and the cities of Kulmbach and Bayreuth in beautiful nature, 70sqm are waiting to relax and feel good. The apartment is located on the first floor and was renovated in 2018 and furnished with love. In addition to a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, the kitchen has a coffee machine and a kettle. Both bedrooms offer two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony with table and 2 chairs, the other bedroom has 2 comfortable armchairs for reading and relaxing. We can provide a travel cot and high chair for our little guests. In addition to these two rooms, there is another room to get together, here is a dining table, a sofa bed and a television. The apartment is rounded off by the brand new shower room. Kulmbach is about 5 km away and Bayreuth can be reached in about 20 minutes. Pets can be brought after consultation as we have 2 cats. To find us better: We live in a small 80 town called Heinersreuth. Our place name is also the street name, because here the houses are only numbered. Right next to our house, there is a free gravel parking lot where you can park independently and comfortably. This parking space is directly connected to our basic support on the front door side.
