You will soon begin to relax as you settle into your rural location where you can walk across the fields to the private woodland or enjoy a picnic whilst watching the lambs at play in spring. If and when you feel like upping the pace, there are cycling trails nearby that weave their way across the county, whilst good days out by car include the riverside town of Bewdley, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds. The space Swallow's Nest is the perfect base for a total wind down. Step inside this charming barn conversion and you'll find an open-plan living area with a high ceiling and original wooden beams that perfectly complement the traditional, country-style decor. The living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as breakfast bar, a dining area with oak table and a lounge with two comfy leather sofas and a Smart TV. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor is a lovely cosy touch, especially after a crisp winter walk. One of the bedrooms and the bathroom is also located on the ground floor, whilst the master bedroom is located upstairs. Both bedrooms have a super king-size bed with zip-link mattresses that can be set up as two single beds if that suits your requirements better. Outdoors there is a small area in the courtyard with a table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks, or make use of the BBQ to cook up a delicious alfresco feast for lunch. Guests access There is a dedicated parking space for the cottage and you will be met on arrival by a member of staff who will give you your key and show you in. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for a self-check-in. Sustainability If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee. Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement. Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
