The Space: The apartment has been freshly renovated and features a living room with a large, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV, a sleeping area with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dining area. The entire room is flooded with light and has an open design. The sofa can be easily converted into another cozy sleeping accommodation for 2 people if necessary. There is also a modern functional bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the house you can easily park your car on the private parking lot. Enjoy together with your loved ones this absolute oasis of well-being with a view of the surrounding nature and a green terrace. The Neighborhood: Start your vacation in the sunny thermal region of southern Burgenland, a true vacation paradise. Our apartment is located in Jormannsdorf, a district of the municipality of Bad Tatzmannsdorf, the largest spa town in Burgenland. Supermarkets, stores for daily needs, bakeries, cafes and restaurants can be found just around the corner. Pure relaxation and recreation also await you in the immediate vicinity, at the AVITA Resort Superior in Bad Tatzmannsdorf, one of the most beautiful wellness resorts in Austria with 24 feel-good saunas, relaxation pool and many other offers, such as massages. Getting Around: Our vacation apartment is 3 km away from Reiters Golf & Country Club and 7 km away from the museum in Schlaining Castle. Other Things to Note: The deposit will be temporarily pre-authorized before the stay and released after check-out, provided that no damage claims have been reported.
