The well-known monastery town Schönau is located in the front Odenwald in the Rhein-Neckar district, near Neckar-Odenwald district in a central location to Heidelberg (approx. 20 km) and Mannheim / Ludwigshafen (approx. 30 km). Sinsheim, Eberbach and Weinheim can also be reached quickly. Sights and idyllic corners of our town invite you to linger. The apartment is located in a two-family house in picturesque Schönau. In the sunny residential area you have a beautiful view of the forest and parts of the city. A separate entrance with 22 steps leads into the apartment. So that you feel comfortable with us, the 109 sqm apartment consists of living and dining room, a large terrace, a kitchen with utility room, a bathroom and two bedrooms. Due to the special cut of the apartment and the location in the house, the temperature is very pleasant in summer. Max. 8 adults and a baby (up to 15kg) stay overnight, • In the living and dining room there is the possibility to sleep on the comfortable sofa beds (200x140cm) with 2 people each. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite connection, a CD player radio and free WiFi • The south-west terrace has a table with chairs and an awning. Here you can grill with the existing electric grill, • The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob including extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with 3-star freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle • In the stylish bathroom there is a whirlpool incl. Rainfall shower and steam sauna • The first bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers. If necessary, a children's travel bed / guest bed can be provided, • The second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers, • For toddlers there is a travel cot for children (up to max. 15kg) as well as a trip trap, sandpit and small slide, • Motorbikes, bicycles and prams can be parked in the garage, • Table linen, kitchen towels and hair dryer are available • Bed linen and towel set (1 bath towel, 2 towels) per person included • Change of bed linen 5 euros local fee • Change of 5 euros on-site fee per towel set There are a number of excursion destinations and sights nearby. Including the picturesque town center of Schönau, which can be reached in about 3-5 minutes The beautiful Odenwald invites you to hike. You can also find in Heidelberg z. B. the Heidelberg Castle, the Tiergarten or the fairytale paradise. In Weinheim there are e.g. B. the historic market square and the Miramar leisure and fun pool. In Neckargemünd there is a beautiful outdoor pool. The neighboring town of Neckarsteinach is known as the four-castle town. The hiking trails and ruins invite you to linger. You can also take the “Weisse Flotte” from Neckarsteinach to Heidelberg (near Bismarckplatz) and back again by boat. In Schönau there are also z. B. Tennis, soccer, basketball. There are playgrounds for the little ones as well as idyllic bike paths for cyclists. In the local supermarkets (Edeka, Netto and Penny) you can get everything you need for everyday life. There is also a bakery nearby. Please note: - For bookings with less than three paying overnight guests, only one of the two bedrooms is available - We are entitled to enter the apartment at any time, in particular - but not exclusively - to check and maintain the technical facilities, take care of the plants and repair any damage. - Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Smoking is possible on the terrace. - Pets on request for a fee.
