The picturesque village of Berkeley is only 20 minutes away from major cities like Amsterdam and Haarlem.Park facilities are extensive: a grand café and snack bar, laundromat, Internet access, a heated outdoor pool with children’s pool (open during the summer), sports ground and playing fields, a playground with play equipment and electric scooter, whisper boat and canoe rental.At the rear of the park there is an area reserved for more of these chalets, some by the water. This chalet has a furnished terrace. Your pet is welcome. There is parking for one car at the accommodation. This holiday home features a lot of natural light and has no less than three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. This makes this holiday home the perfect spot for a nice holiday with your friends or a lovely family holiday. The spacious and modern living room has comfortable couches and seats, and is a lovely place to enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV with the whole company. The living room also features a separate dining corner with room for six people. Here you can optimally enjoy your delicious home cooked meals, and dine for hours together. The holiday home also offers a completely equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, gas burning stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, Senseo, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Finally, the home offers a contemporary bathroom, supplied with washbasin, shower and toilet. From the living room, large glass doors lead you to the beautiful outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, all surrounded by a lawn. Here you can enjoy a drinks and bites or a board game with family or friends during sultry evenings. Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, and of course it is possible to park your car at the accommodation at no charge. The holiday park makes a good starting point for a number of excursions and attractions including an indoor water park in Hoorn; the ''Zaanse Schans'' in Zaandam, a steam train from Horn to Medemblik; the Zuiderzee Museum and Sprookjeswonderland in Enkhuizen; a lake with a surf beach (5 km); the cheese market in Alkmaar; the North Sea coast and towns like Bergen, Egmond and Schoorl (30 km). Even the heart of Amsterdam is just 45 minutes away. From 1 January 2019 business bookings are not allowed.- There is a pin machine at the reception. It is possible to pay with a credit card. - Tickets of € 100.00, € 200.00 and € 500.00 are not accepted at the park.- We request that you state your reservation number in any correspondence.- The deposit must be paid on arrival by direct debit only.- There is no bed linen for the present child's bed. We request that you bring this yourself.- Bed linen is mandatory to rent, bed making service is included.- For a stay longer than one week, 3 Euro waste contribution must be paid locally for the extra period per week or part thereof.- We cannot take any responsibility for lost property, damage to property or personal injury sustained during your stay in the park.- Pets are welcome, but on request because not all accommodations are suitable for pets.
