Exclusive loft in the middle of nature

Are you looking for peace, seclusion, immediate nature? - But at the same time the availability of the most modern way of life? Then you should take a closer look at this exclusive loft (75 m²) in the South Eifel. The buildings are located far outside of the 59-soul farming village of Matzerath on an agricultural path in the middle of meadows and forests. Fox and rabbit say good night here in the truest sense of the word. Red deer / roe deer come near the house, kites, bussards and falcons circle over the Eifel heights in the hunt for prey. Not so shy, the feeding with old bread is quite accessible, always happy about visitors is the small herd of highland cattle, which belongs to the agricultural sideline (approx. 16 ha). Hikes can be started directly from the house on short circular walks (30-60 minutes) or over several hours. Of course, other sports activities (depending on the season) are also possible: bike tours, golf, tennis, cross-country skiing. However, sporting activities are not mandatory. The modern, puristically furnished loft apartment offers two people, if necessary also four people (additional bed on the gallery) enough retreat: for reading, watching TV (55 inch flat screen), watching films, checking e-mails (WiFi), cooking or just to relax, to let your gaze wander out of the windows over the Eifel heights.
