The cosy snug, also with a wood burning stove, leads you through to the modern kitchen with an Aga and separate electric oven and hob, along with a dining table with seating for six guests. A downstairs bathroom and utility room completes this spacious ground floor layout. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a family shower room. The landing boasts plenty of characterful beams and exposed brickwork, adding to this cottage's ample charm. The south facing, enclosed and private rear garden has plenty of seating and is ideal for alfresco dining, while the hot tub allows you to relax and unwind after a hard day exploring this beautiful area. A private driveway allows off-road parking behind secure gates and access into the rear of the cottage. This spacious, character Grade II listed cottage is located in the centre of Bretforton, a charming village shortlisted for the award of 'most desirable village' in England and is located next to the the Fleece Inn, a National Trust owned public house with numerous awards including Daily Telegraph/Sawdays pub of the year. Off-road parking for three cars. Additional Information: Children and infants welcome. Travel cot, high chair and portable stair gate available on request. Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
