Relax, ski, tube, boat, swim, ORV trials! This log cabin has everything for everyone. The cabin is best suited for a small family, couple, individual or group of four people. The cottage has two bedrooms (one king size bed/2 twin beds) and one bathroom with a shower and tub. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook, including an electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer for use. Gorgeous view of Budd Lake (not lakefront or lake access), but just over one mile from the public boat launch. Or buy a day pass to access the beach at Wilson State Park. Wireless internet is provided and there are two smart tvs you may access with your Netflix. Has city water. The cottage is in a residential neighborhood, and not in a remote location. No central air conditioning, but there are window air conditioning units in both bedrooms. Plenty of backyard space and parking to bring your boat and toys. Use this location as a central hub to visit other nearby areas like Traverse City, Cadillac, or Houghton Lake. Important Notes: -There are two OUTDOOR cameras on the property for security purposes. One facing the back door and one facing the front door and porch. -The door code will be given 1 hour prior to check in. Check in time is 4pm. Check out 11am. -Towels, toilet paper, dish soap and a couple of trash bags will be provided.
