The 3rd is usually used as laundry and only if asked in advance we can transform the laundry room in a single room with en suite bathroom. Please note that in this case the washing machine will anyway remain there and the shower will be arranged with plastic courtain. We usually arrange this room in case of a request for an extra guest, to get up to 9 guests. If not, it stays as laudry/service room.
