The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Auer” is situated in a quiet area outside of Überlingen and is only a short drive from the beach and the centre. The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, satellite television and a children’s bed. The apartment has a balcony, where you can start the day with coffee, and the shaded garden invites you to have breakfast or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners. The nearest supermarket and a pharmacy are a 5-minute drive (3.5 km) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute drive (5 km), and you can reach a restaurant within 2.8 km or a 7-minute drive away from the apartment. The closest beach, Strandbad West, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is an 8-minute drive (4.7 km) away. The well-kept park with a deer enclosure, 4.2 km or a 6-minute drive away, has a shady picnic area and a pavilion on top of a lookout with a wonderful view of the town, the mountains and Lake Constance, while the charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath, can be reached after a short walk from the park. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 21-minute drive (18 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 30-minute drive (28 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders. Parking spaces for a car and bikes are available on the property.
