Ollie's Cottage is perfect for families and couples alike to enjoy a self catering holiday in this special part of South Devon. Cleverly arranged over three floors Ollie's Cottage has a private patio and parking space whilst being within walking distance of the river and village amenities. Pets are welcome at Ollie's Cottage. Accommodation: The front door opens into the hall, from here you step into a bright open plan kitchen/dining room well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has pine table and chairs and an antique side table with CD player and radio. French windows from the dining area lead into an enclosed paved patio. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with toilet and basin. Upstairs: You will find a light and comfortable sitting room with views of the river, open fire, Freeview TV and DVD. In addition to the sofa and armchairs, at the far end there are two single divan beds with throws and cushions. This floor also provides a newly refurbished spacious bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and toilet. The second floor: Has two bedrooms – a large attractive double bedroom with dramatic wall hanging over the bed and a small children's bunk bedroom with roof window. Travel cot available. Outside: The patio garden at the rear of the property is the perfect space for alfresco dining on summer evenings, fully enclosed with garden furniture and flowerbeds. There is parking to the rear and additional unrestricted roadside parking on Riverside Road. Nearby: The village pub The Red Lion is a 2 minute walk around the corner (don't worry it is not known to be noisy) The Red Lion also hosts the village shop and post office. A 10 minute walk will take you to The Quay where you will find the Ferry Boat Inn and The Anchorstone Cafe as well as ferries to Greenway and Dartmouth. Availability: In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to Saturday changeovers and a minimum stay of 7 nights. However, please do contact me with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible. Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Saturday changeover.
