Our family holiday home features five generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and is conveniently positioned just a stones throw away from the lake edge. Bush walks, waterskiing, swimming, kaying (2 x available with prior arrangement), mountain biking or simply the solitude of fishing for a rainbow or brown trout. Enjoy relaxing in the lounge bar or deck sofa on your front porch while taking in the glorious views of the Tui's, the lake and the surrounding native bush. This is a relaxed family home elegantly furnished for your families comfort. All bedrooms have flat screen wall hung TV's with Freeview, opulent lights and high quality beds. An entertainers delight with a 10 seater table inside or on those hotter summer days enjoy eating at the 10 seater outdoor table. Whether you are on a family vacation or catching up with friends there are many nooks to relax in; the outdoor couches, indoor bar or retreat to your private balcony to soak up the sunshine. Lake Rotoehu is a very safe and peaceful lake with minimal boats in summer time and is very popular for the solitude of fishing and trout fishing. If boating isn't your thing you can head to the popular Waitangi Soda Hot Springs only 3 minutes down the road for a relaxing soak in the natural thermal pools, or drive to the nearby Hells Gate geothermal park and mud bath spa facilities. The local cafe Lake Rotoma is a 5 minute drive for casual dinner (seasonal hours) or a relaxed lunch with local dairy and gas station together with a liquor store. Rotorua boasts numerous tourist attractions for shopping and other activities. Kawerau, Whakatane, Ohope and Pukehina Beach are only a short drive away. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Shower with hair dryer and toilet. Bathroom 2: Shower and free standing claw bath, seperate toilet.
