The charming detached house is located on a large, well-kept property with altogether 2,000 m2 of land. The only neighbouring house is situated at a distance of approx. 50 metres, and is occupied by the owner's family. The secluded and unique location, surrounded by rolling green hills, vineyards, and meadows, guarantees a relaxing vacation for the entire family. Heading inside, you will find lovely decorated and welcoming rooms provided with all amenities needed for a great vacation. And when it comes to swimming and sunbathing, you’ll certainly enjoy the benefits of having your own private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m) right in front of the door. Furthermore there is a children’s playground in the backyard. Particularly child friendly! In order to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for holiday homes with particularly child-friendly equipment, we have selected some properties which meet these criteria. Two bicycles are available free of charge. In a fenced part of the backyard, the host family keeps chickens, goats, cats and two dogs. The owners come over to take care of their pets and to feed them, which is always a unique experience for the youngest guests, who also may participate if they want to. House for 4-6 persons: approx. 120 m2 altogether, including ground floor (100 m2) and loft (20 m2). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining table, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and another bathroom with shower. The upper floor consists of a loft provided with air conditioning and two single beds.
