The Garden Room - Garden Views

The Garden Room is an independent studio annex with garden views set in the heart of the historic town of Kirton In Lindsey. Free car parking is available on the lay-by next to the property. The room has underfloor heating and is set to keep the comfortable temperature. The room has a small mini fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The garden in front of the annex patio is for the guests use. There is no smoking allowed on the premises. The studio has a double bed for two people and in case of an extra bed, suitable for one adult or two small children, we offer to make the sofa bed at an extra cost of £25 (paid cash at the property). The property is walking distance to the town centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. WiFi is available. We will do our best to make sure your stay is very comfortable and will be available at anytime you require any help or support. Our code of conduct is “Atithi Devo Bhava “ which is a Sanskrit mantra meaning - Be one to whom guest is God. I will be available in the main house in case of any help required.
