Charlie's Penthouse is located on the 2nd floor. It's beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. There are 2 nice sized bedrooms and each with its own smart TVs with standard cable. New queen mattress' with room darkening curtains for sleeping-in, large closets, small dressers, 2 nightstands with lamps. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker and a Keurig, toaster, air fryer, electric grill pots, pans, and more. The living room has a spacious L-shaped couch to kick back and relax on, 55" smart tv with standard cable. There is a sit or stand work table if you have a business to conduct while visiting. There is a Bluetooth speaker, towels, coolers, and a wagon to head on down to the beach for the day to make your stay more enjoyable.
