Detached Villa in Daya Vieja with Private Swimming Pool

Between the orange plantations of the small Spanish village of Daya Vieja, you will find this beautiful villa on a piece of land which is approximately 3000 m². The villa is wheelchair friendly and is a short distance of 3 km from pretty villages with shops, restaurants and terraces. In case a day trip to the beach is desired, you must visit the nearby beach of Guardamar, which is accessible in 15 minutes. The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautifully landscaped tropical garden with a large swimming pool, a conservatory and there are 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom with its own bathroom (wheelchair friendly) and terrace is located in the annex. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a TV with Dutch channels. You reach the villa via a country road and you can park your car under a carport on site. The nearest airport is Alicante only 30 minutes away from the property. Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time. Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place.
