This property is what we call a 'combo' unit. It is actually not just one home. The 'combo' is named as such because in one transaction, you can book two of our properties that are situated within walking distance to each other. Each home is private and independent, but because the location is so convenient to each other, these 2 units are good candidates for booking together and accommodating a larger group. To see each individual unit in this combo, look at the cabins named Ledbetter Ridge and Ledbetter Trails. Cabin is pet friendly – Pet Fees Apply. Each home in this combo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making for a combined sleeping of 4 bedrooms as follows: Ledbetter Ridge has 2 queen beds plus one queen futon for a total sleeping capacity of up to 5 people Ledbetter Trails has 1 queen and 1 full bed, for a total sleeping capacity of up to 4 people. The availability calendar for this combo unit is automatic and displays availability when both the Ledbetter Ridge and Ledbetter Trails cabins are available. Should either of those two individual cabins become booked or otherwise unavailable, then this combo calendar will automatically show as unavailable too.
