This river access cabin offers a large yard, outdoor firepit, amazing screened in porch, decking with a BBQ grill, open concept living space inside and of course a "Cozy" stay! Whether your looking for a family outing, romantic getaway, or just need time away from it all, this cabin offers the relaxing retreat needed! The community Cacapon River access offers easy access for Kayaking/canoeing/tubing, fishing, and swimming, and the cabin is located only minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, hiking trails, and sight seeing. *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. *Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information. *Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement. *This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our county and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law. * This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great! *Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided. PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS *Noise- quiet hours are from 10:00PM until 8:00AM. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns. *Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly. *Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine *Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s or vehicles are to be parked in the grass. *Trash policy- Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items. All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin. Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00. The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur. Cabins are spaced out acres apart from one another. Guests will have access to the full cabin, yard, firepit area, and community river access grounds. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Guests must supply their own sheets and towels. Pets welcome- pet fee will be requested through the resolution center after booking! Queen size bed in bedroom, Futon bed in the living space to accommodate 4 guests. 10 Minute drive to Downtown Berkeley Springs 3 Minute drive/10 minute walk to the community Cacapon River Access. Hiking Trails located in several locations 5 minutes to 20 minutes away.
