The apt has electric heating and cooling to keep guests feeling comfortable. Two guest can sleep comfortably on the memory foam full mattress in the bedroom. Additionally, the air mattress can be used as well and can fold down to accommodate one additional guest for a total of three guests. The apt is located in the basement of a historic 2-story house. The house sits at the end of a block of twin homes and faces the beautiful neighboring. Guests will have access to this apt through a private back entrance. They will also have a dedicated parking space through their stay.
