We have 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms in a quiet but wonderful walking neighborhood with sidewalks and streetlights. If you want to enjoy the track, the nightlife but have a quiet place to also get away from it all were just miles away! There is a gourmet kitchen fully stocked for all our needs. 5 burner gas stove with pot filler, a convection/air fryer oven and pantry. A wonderful back porch for morning coffee and bird watching! A front porch for happy hour and sunsets! A cooler and wagon are provided for your outings. You also have some of the best biking, walking trails and playgrounds right around the corner. You have access to both Uber and Lyft!  9 Miles from Saratoga Springs  6 Miles from Saratoga Performing Arts Center  4.5 Miles from the Village of Ballston Spa o “The Village of Friends” is a great walking town, and has some amazing restaurants, shops, farmers market and groceries, pharmacies, and some great bars! Living room and bedrooms all have TVs with firesticks. You will have access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Paramount +, Disney +, and Amazon Video. High speed internet access is included. All bedrooms have 500 thread count sheets and standard/king pillows! Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway! We are willing to do a long-term rental for the track season, please message to inquire. House Rules: 1. No smoking allowed. You may smoke on the porches or in the backyard! Please dispose of your butts safely and leave the space clean. Please do not put them in the indoor trash. 2. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests allowed. 3. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 4. Please remove your shoes before walking on the carpet. 5. Please respect the noise curfew. 10pm-7am. 6. Please respect check-in and check-out times. 7. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. 8. Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. 9. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before you leave. 10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 11. Please remember you are a guest in our family home!
