Monthly bookings available IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE FIREPLACE ON OVERNIGHT TO PREVENT CAUSING OVERHEATING OR FIRE. 1) No smoking inside or outside house 2) ABSOLUTELY NO parties. You’ll be evicted immediately if we find out parties are planned or ongoing. 3) This is a residential area. Keep the noise down by 10pm. No outside loud noise. 4) We supply coffee/Tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil. 5) Park on the right side of the driveway.
