Right across the road is the Prince Edward County Clerk's Office built in 1855. Less than 1 mile from Hampden Sydney College, established in 1775 (10th oldest college in the US.) Briery Lake (fishing spot in Prince Edward) is less than 1 mile away. The farm has Angus Beef Cows on sight, bee hives/local honey, and an outside farm cat that enjoys greeting anyone who wants so attention.
