Brand new to our rental market is "The Posh Pearl". This 2bd 2.5ba town-home is located in the same building as "Keylime Pie". Tastefully decorated, this home is gulf front living at it's finest! The main level offers the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom & bath, and half bath. You have beautiful views of the water from anywhere on the main level, especially the deck. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The second bedroom and second full bath are located upstairs. St Joe Beach is quaint and quiet with beautiful emerald green water and white sugar sand. Our secluded town, just 20 minutes east of Panama City Beach, offers the same white sugar-sand beaches and emerald waters, without the crowds and over-development found elsewhere. A well-guarded "secret" vacation spot of families for generations, Mexico Beach is a time capsule of living memories that hearken back to the way it used to be. Long, relaxing days on our uncrowded white-sand beaches, genuine mom-and-pop restaurants, and shops, and some of the best sport-fishing in the world are waiting for you in Mexico Beach. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
