Casa LA VITA is a vacation home to relax - away from noise, crowds, obligations and accumulated stress. The house is ideal for families and young people who want to feel comfortable. It is surrounded by the most beautiful forests, cycling and hiking trails, wellness & spa, great restaurants with local cuisine, truffles, wineries ... .. The house can accommodate up to 5 people and is located in the Istrian village of Krti, 6 km from Motovun. According to its location, the house is furnished both inside and outside in a country style. It has a nice kitchen - a tavern with an open fireplace. On the first floor there is a living room with air conditioning and wood heating. The second floor has a bedroom with 3 beds. There is a beautiful terrace with a view of the forest and the garden. Even though Casa LA VITA is in the village, it offers privacy and you will particularly enjoy spending time on the terrace overlooking the Mirna River. While listening to the sounds of the water, singing birds and occasionally crowing roosters or barking dogs, you will forget the worries that have left you in the city. Since the Parenzana bike path and other bicycle jewels are very close, this house is particularly suitable for cyclists who can safely store their favorite vehicles in a fenced yard or in the house. For cars there is a parking space for one car. Apart from cyclists, Motovun's proximity makes it particularly interesting for film, history and culture lovers. Nearby there is a spa (Istrian Spa & River Mirna) for complete relaxation with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There are vineyards and wineries as well as truffles and honey.
