One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor along with the bathroom, and the further two bedrooms are on the first floor. Outside Court Cottage has a wonderfully kept lawned garden with patio area for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a drink. The surrounding countryside is home to an abundance of wildlife and nature lovers will just love exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer, including Exmoor National Park, Lynton and Lynmouth and not forgetting North Devon’s wonderful beaches Size:  Sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 2 kingsize, 1 double (sleeping 1 person) Rooms:  Kitchen, dining area, utility room, bathroom, living room and 1 bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms on first floor. Kitchen and Utilities: Fully fitted with range oven, 5 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Washer/dryer in utiity area. Entertainment: Smart TV. Outside: Large enclosed lawned garden. Two patio areas with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ. Parking: Private parking for 2 cars General:  WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in the rent. Bed Linen and Towels Provided (please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking.  Pets: 1 Pet allowed to be kept in Kitchen/Dining room only. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.  Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.   Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only.
