MAIN VILLA: Measuring about 650 sq m, it extends over just one floor with the exception of the laundry room which is located in the basement. In a dominant position with respect to the whole estate, it is rectangular with an outdoor area in the centre where it is possible to dine in cooler weather, sheltered from the breeze. The entrance to the estate is along a drive leading to the main villa. Along this drive the magnificence of the park is already visible, encountering first a waterfall with a pond born from a natural spring present on the property. On arrival at the main villa is the parking area of the property, both covered and uncovered, and a large portico in a panoramic position with the outdoor dining area consisting of a table, a barbecue and a brick-built wood oven as well as a relaxation area equipped with sofas. At the side of the villa is the swimming pool area with relaxation and sunbathing areas. Going down towards the farmhouse, on the left side of the property is a concrete surface tennis court with changing room and showers while on the right side is an amateur football field and a heliport.
