The flat La Via del Mare , was renovated in 2018 consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, a kitchen, large hallway, reading area to relax and a large balcony overlooking the sea mountains for up to 6 people. The kitchen is complete with dishes and crockery, washing machine, heating and WIFI. License by law (AAUT) for touristical use. Very quiet, cool, high ceilings, old house in a pedestrian area, it is safe and we have free parking at 100 - 300 meters with white lines. In addition to the seagulls, we have buzzards also the beautiful jay lives here in the garden. From the B&B you can enjoy an exceptional view, you can see the sea and the green mountains all around. The garden of 500m² is all around the structure, so it is very cool in summer, both for the beautiful location of Uscio (400 meters above the sea), both for the central position of the B & B, which being above the church of the country is always in the sun, but ventilated. Surf school, kayak rental, SUP at the Blackwave school with which it has been collaborating for many years, numerous treks and routes that take you to the sea, the most famous of which is the Via del Mare which starts from the structure and takes you to Ruta di Camogli in 3 hours, downhill and back by bus.
