The living space of around 80m² can accommodate up to five people, who can enjoy peace and quiet and a beautiful panoramic view of the Latium landscape. The living space is spread over two floors. You enter the house on the ground floor through the cosy living room-kitchen (15m²), which is functionally furnished and well-equipped (gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, fridge and dishwasher), along with a little dining table and an open fireplace. On the right side there is the large living room of around 30m², with a living room suite, a TV and DVD player, a mini stereo system and a large dining table with six chairs and a wooden dresser. To the left next to the kitchen there is the first of the two bedrooms, furnished with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a large wardrobe and a stylish dresser with a makeup mirror. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a modern shower cubicle with massage jets, and a WC. There is also a further shower room on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen and bedroom have direct access to the garden. There are only outdoors stairs leading to the upper floor, with the second cosy bedroom with a large double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. This room also has its own terrace, with a view over the garden and the landscape. The whole villa is very comfortably furnished. All the living rooms and bedrooms feature terracotta tiles and traditional wooden ceiling beams, exuding a cosy atmosphere. All the rooms have heating. A cot, a washing machine and free wireless Internet access are provided. Pets are allowed on request. The holiday accommodation is especially suitable for families. The highlights are the large garden (8000m²) and the private pool (13 x 6m) with illumination at night. You can relax on the garden furniture under the pergola. You can have great garden parties on the large, covered veranda with a grill and pizza oven. The entrance area in front of the house is also roofed and serves as an outdoor dining room. There are parking spaces and a garage on site for your cars. In the nearby village of Vasanello about 1000-1500 metres away there are restaurants, tavernas, pizzerias and supermarkets. In the centre there is a long promenade with a large park, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the main square with the medieval castle and several medieval churches. It is an ideal location for visiting the landscape and the art cities in central Italy. You can go on day trips to e.g. Perugia (100km), Rome (80km), Orvieto (45km), Viterbo (25km) or the volcanic lake Lago di Vico, surrounded by the Monti Cimini chain of hills. The nearest beach is in Tarquinia (50km).
