The beautiful house and gardens are a haven for rest and good times. 3 of the 5 comfortable bedrooms can be either SuperKing or Twin to suit. Fantastic location for a house party, with so much for all ages to do at home and locally you'll wish you had longer. At the centre of the house is a fantastic kitchen, scullery and pantry for cooking and hanging out. It has two dishwashers, a big range, three ovens, three fridges, three sinks and everything else you could possibly need. Inside it leads to: A large panelled dining room with a log fire and 10 seat farmhouse table which can convert into a snooker/pool table A Snug with a 65" TV, Table football, Retro Games Unit, Board Games and Books A big Sitting Room for hanging out with 4 massive super comfy sofas, log fire, 55" TV, Karaoke and music A Boot Room for muddy wellies and down stairs loo for when you've got to go It also leads outside to the spa area with our stylish sauna, cold shower, wood fired hot tub with TV combo with plenty of room for your pimms or fizz. The fire pit hang out area is right there too and it makes a great spot for table tennis and all this leads to the Sun Terrace with another handmade 10 seat table for al fresco dining and gas fired bbq. The extensive gardens go on for half a mile along the steam railway line over the famous Greet tunnel are open to guests for the time being. We have parking for five cars, two electric charging points, very good wi-fi with toys & facilities for babies and children. Upstairs are 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 with ensuites and two sharing a large bathroom with roll top bath and huge walk-in shower. Winchcombe is one of the Cotswolds' most relaxing villages to hang out. It has 4 lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants including one with a Michelin Star, Sudeley Castle, excellent shops selling fresh local produce and is known as the walking capital of the Cotswolds. We are also a couple of minutes walk from the steam train station and slightly further to the Royal Oak, a lovely country pub and first choice for lunch is you are visiting the nearby Bugatti racetrack. This makes a great place to bring a dog, bike and walking boots and is excellently located for exploring the Cotswolds with the spa town of Cheltenham also nearby.
