Our detached holiday home as its own fenced decking area, with fields behind offering views of the Tamar Valley & Dartmoor in the distance. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a doors to a shower room/toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. Off the hallway you walk into a lounge/dining room, which has patio doors to the decking where you can eat al fresco. The fully fitted kitchen is off the dining room end. In the lounge end there is a corner settee, a 3 seater settee and a Smart TV with Freeview channels. The dining table at the other end, has seating for 6. The kitchen is well-equipped with many extras, and includes a fridge/freezer, full size cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there is a large bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, along with a toilet and wash basin. The 2 large bedrooms comprise of one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and lovely views over the countryside.
