We are nestled quietly in a mountain village on a private road, secluded behind an electric gate offering complete privacy on our property. Alfombra is best known as the area of waterfalls. The property was designed to have the natural breezes travel thru the living areas at this higher elevation and therefore is not air conditioned, but ceiling fans are provided throughout all the living spaces and outdoor rancho. The main house and rancho has high-speed fiber optic Wifi. We have 2 electric hot water heaters so that multiple showers can be taken at once without running out of hot water and a UV filter to purify the drinking water from the sink.
