Traditional farm cottage full of charm and decorated to a high standard. Situated in the heart of North Norfolk and only 10 mins from the coast and the market town of Holt. The cottage sleeps four, although the second room has good size twin beds but is very tight with both beds in use. Open plan sitting /dining/kitchen. fully fitted and ell equipped kitchen and log burner in the sitting area. Upstairs is a Double bedroom with a kingsize bed , twin room and a bathroom with roll top bath with a shower overhead. The cottage has a patio area directly from the kitchen which over looks the garden which is well established with trees and shrubs.
