Set across 2 floors, the property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room w/ 2 sofa beds, a kitchen, a dining area and a private back garden. Sleeps up to 11 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided. Parking is available onsite. Spaces LIVING ROOM Spacious in size, the living room is adorned with stylish interiors and is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a woodburner and a flat-screen TV. Both sofas can be converted into sofa beds (1x double and 1x single.) KITCHEN & DINING The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, electric hobs and a dishwasher. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 12 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. There is a second bathroom at your disposal, alongside a guest toilet. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are provided. OUTDOOR AREAS Private back garden. This home is managed by ALTIDO. Transport Kindly note that you will need a car to get around given the remote location of the property. Parking is available onsite. ALTIDO London wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! ***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
