The family bathroom on this floor offers claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Downstairs is a further shower, toilet and laundry combination. The main sitting room includes a snug with sofas overlooking the garden and another area for television or games by the fireplace. Separately off the living area is the conservatory/play room - a delight for the children. Social gatherings and relaxation are on the agenda.. soak up the sun in the garden, fire up the barbecue or soak in the hot tub.
