It is surrounded by horse paddocks and breathtaking nature, so you can escape from everyday stress and go on relaxed trips and hikes in the nearby nature park. The 60m² wheelchair-accessible house provides ample space especially for wheelchair users. The kitchen has a lowered worktop and easily reachable drawers, providing everything you need for preparing culinary delights, along with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine (with two coffee capsules daily per person). The main bedroom, which provides access to the spacious bathroom with a toilet, has a double bed 180cm wide with Aloe Vera antiallergenic mattresses. There is a pull-out day bed (160cm wide) for two further guests in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a barrier-free shower with a seat, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and towels. Free Wi-Fi and heating are available in all the rooms. A cot with a mattress can be booked in addition at a supplementary charge. A laundry service and intermediate cleaning are possible for a fee. The 2900m² fully enclosed site with your private holiday house is shared with the owner. There is a free car parking space. Next to the terrace there is a biotope with spring water, inviting you to relax. Three sun loungers are available for shared use. The private terrace has seating and an electric grill. Children are welcome and can share use of the children’s play area. The garden and the bathing biotope with an outdoor shower are for shared use. The site is wheelchair-accessible. The access from the car parking to the house is in a somewhat steeper location. Use of the holiday apartment presumes civilized behaviour. Note that the house is non-smoking. As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact person in the event of any queries. The house was built as barrier-free. All the doors, including the front door, are at least 95cm wide. The terrace and garden can be accessed without steps. The ceramic hob and extractor fan can be operated by wheelchair users under the lowered worktop. All the kitchen utensils are within reach. In the area you can find several local inns and guesthouses, which will treat you to regional cuisine. It is a short walking distance to the riding school Pony Team next to Strelzhof castle, where you can take riding lessons. Please check possible free dates before arrival. It is a three-minute drive to several local grocery shops, or you can spend your shopping day in Wiener Neustadt e.g. Fischapark with 120 shops, a 20-minute drive away. Relax for a day at the Linsberg Asia thermal spa 16km away or at the Golfclub Föhrenwald 17km away. There are many hiking and trip possibilities at the Hohe Wand nature reserve (five minutes’ drive to the toll station). The peak of Schneeberg can be accessed by cog railway (Salamander) in Puchberg (a 15-minute drive). It is a 20-minute walk (1.6km) to the Schneebergbahn, which takes you directly to the cog railway. In winter you can go ski touring or cross-country skiing near Pernitz. A 4.5km-long cross-country trail in the Hohe Wand nature reserve is suitable for beginners and the more advanced. There is also the Puchberg ski resort at Schneeberg for skiers and snowboarders to indulge their passion. There is a tow lift and a four-seater cable car takes you safely up to 1200 metres above sea level. Sliding fun is ensured for children in Puchi’s Kinderland, e.g. the tyre slide.
