It is located within the walls of a beautiful residence and a family farm which produces hazelnuts, thus offering a warm, wooded and calm environment. 1h30 from Paris and 15km from Orléans, you can enjoy the forest of Orléans and its many hikes, the Loire by bike and especially its majestic castles. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to a large living room with dining room and lounge (47m²). On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, including a bed that can be separated into two 80 cm beds. Bathroom and separate wc.
