Madone 3 is a ground floor apartment in a large stone house located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, just 6 km from one of Italy's largest lake, Trasimeno lake that can be seen from the house. The apartment has a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the billowing landscape. The property has been newly restored and divided into a total of 9 apartments. In the same building as Madone 3 there are other three apartments and the other 5 are divided into two separate houses. It is a very child friendly place with large grass areas, a small playground and a table tennis. Also, the 6 x 12 mt large common pool is completely fenced. It has a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 mt.
